    I am fully committed to my work. For that reason, I choose to work with clients who are dedicated to making changes in their lives and working through their issues. I believe that no change can be accomplished without commitment. And so, I work with clients on a weekly basis in order to help them achieve long term results. I expect clients who commit to counselling with me, to be faithful to the terms and conditions that we agree. As part of that commitment, I usually require at least two weeks cancellation notice, in order to safeguard and honour the agreement we make. Counselling is not a quick- fix, although, in many instances, rapid results can be achieved. I endeavour to help you explore, understand and overcome any emotional trouble you may have, and to facilitate you towards autonomy.

    During the initial session I discuss with the client the main issues of concern, and establish a mutually agreed focus for future therapy.

    All sessions are strictly confidential.

    Practice Hours

    Monday to Friday: 10am–8pm

    Saturday: 10am-2pm

    All individual sessions last for 50 minutes.

    Couples Counselling last for 1-hour


    • Individual Counselling Session: £50 (50-Minutes) (Online Counselling)
    • Couples Counselling Session: £80 (1-Hour) (Online)

    Please note:

    To book an appointment you need to arrange a day and time to meet with the therapist either by phone or email. Once you and the therapist have arranged an agreed time to meet, then the fee normally needs to be taken in advance before commencing counselling. Once you have paid for the session you fully understand that under any circumstances the money is non-refundable. You pay for the therapist to permanently save the agreed counselling slot for you in his or her diary. It cannot be exchanged for any other time or day, or given to anyone else. If you miss or are late for the session, it cannot be added on. I look forward to working with you.
